Position Summary

We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly and growing team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients receive the best possible care. You will play a key role in assisting our Endodontist with clinical procedures, ensuring smooth operatory flow, and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Endodontist during all endodontic procedures, including root canal treatments and microsurgery.

  • Prepare and maintain operatories, instruments, and materials for each patient.

  • Take and process digital dental radiographs (including periapical and CBCT imaging).

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charting in compliance with state regulations.

  • Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.

  • Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols.

  • Support front office staff with scheduling, patient communication, and chart management as needed.

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Florida.

  • Current CPR/BLS certification.

  • Previous experience in endodontics preferred, but not required (training provided).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
